Can anybody help
To anybody out there willing to help out. My wife and I are first year hunters and do not keep guns in the house so we both decided to buy bows. She purchased a 2009 Diamond edge and I a 2008 Bear Truth 2. Everybody that sais they were going to take us out and get out in the hunt for our first year has backed out on us or are taking trips for 1-2 weeks at a time and for our 4 kids we cant take the trips. We live out in the bitteroot in Montana. We have no Idea where to begin to scout for our Elk. I have come to understand that to get anyone to give up where they hunt is nearly impossable . If anyone can give us some clues to where to begin please let me know it would be greatly appreciated and would make this hunting year a better experiance. Thanks Jessie

hey i hear ya on the elk i live in Helena MT and i usually get an elk my only sugestion is to get on google earth and start looking for places that are atleast a mile or so off the beatin path and somewhere were the roads are closed to motor vehicles my g/f bought the edge bow also and loves it she can only pull back 40 for now so she can only shoot deer for now but if ya need help let me know ill give ya some hints about it!!
