go to your archery dealer and pick up some bows to just try out till you find one that feels good then look on ebay for them or around your area thats what i did but im sure you will like bow hunting its boring until you make your first harvest then it so much fun you will leave your gun at home and just go bow hunt and you dont have to spend hundreds of dollars on ammo since you use arrows plus there is no greater feeling having a big ol bruzer at 10 yds lol but start looking at them and first pick oone and ask to shoot it spend all day if ya want and for pounds start off maybe 55-60 and if its cake go to 65 and try it if ya need any more help just hit me up on here

I was convinced to start hunting last year by two of my neighbors. They encouraged me to start with a crossbow just to get used to the whole hunting thing and see if i even liked it before dumping money into a compound. At the end of this season I will be trading in my crossbow (re-furbished Horton Explorer 150) and am looking at the Hoyt Powerhawk

I would til you to go to an archery pro shop so you can the right start with fitting an instruction the mathews line has mission’s an are alot less then there standard line the ux2 starts at 339 an a pkg @ around 169 more or less, but you should go to a pro shop. There are lots of other bow companys hoyt has good bows as darton an lots of others ..hopefully i helped. If you have any questions i will help you all i can an if i don’t know i will do my best to find out ..take care..

Go to any local archery shop (Cabelas or Bass Pro will work)… I work at one in wisconsin and we have people come in with the same problem.
